Common questions
Where is my data stored?
Your email and your saved reports (categorised JSON — never the original PDF), in our database. Reports are visible only to you, enforced at the database level. Delete any report at any time. See the method for the full breakdown.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — one click in the billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the paid period.
What if it can't read my statement?
If parsing fails (scanned PDF, unusual format) or the result is garbage, email support@bittystudio.com within 24 hours for a refund or your free analysis back.
Why only one free?
One analysis is enough to see whether Ledger handles your bank. The first read is the one that matters — past that, the value is in using it monthly.
